I have never ceased to wonder about the confidence of the birds of the air. They fly across the expanse of the sky with such authority, claiming dominion, flexing their wings and diving up and down to the amazement of the fascinated watcher. The fish of the sea also swim the length and breadth of the ocean with delight. They explore the deep with great curiosity and without fear. The animals stride all over the jungle, knowing that its opulence belong to them. There are no limitations, none whatsoever!
Now if man was made in the image of God (Genesis 1:27) and he created us to be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth and subdue it and have dominion even over the fish of the sea, the bird of the air and over every living thing dwelling upon the earth, (Genesis 1:28) what is that which seems to be putting limitation on us? Could this actually be a self imposed barrier or wall? In fact I want to believe the mind has a lot do with this. Remember as a man thinks so is he. Shalom!
