Please join us to pray for victims of the Colorado movie massacre: 12 lives were cut short when a man went on a shooting rampage during a midnight showing of “The Dark Knight Rises” in a Denver suburb.
- Pray for the healing of a nation that is mourning the loss of precious lives. Pray for America as a nation and people.
- Pray for individual families that are dealing with bereavement. Invoke the abiding presence of God in each home.
- Bind the spirit of fear that has come upon people as a result of this demonic act of violence.
- Declare the shalom of God over the city of Aurora, the state of Colorado and United States.
- Pray against repetition of such acts by other people who have hidden agendas.
- These are perilous times, pray without ceasing. Ask God for direction at all times, listen to His voice and be obedient.
- Pray that you will constantly be in the will of God. Partner with the Holy Spirit in everything you do.
- Always cover yourself and all that are yours with the precious blood of Jesus. It may sound ridiculous but it doesn’t cost you anything. It works!
- Psalms 46, 91 and Revelation 12 are good for times like this.
