Here is an excerpt from the prophecy given to Pastor Tele Opakunle concerning the year 2012, published on this site.
“Droughts will be prevalent and there shall be frequent earth quakes and tremors. Fervent intercessions and penitence will move the hand of the Lord towards mercy. Keep your eyes confidently on Him that is able to keep you from all harm. Psalms 51, 46 and 91 will surely help you immensely through the coming year and even beyond. Confess and claim the promises of God daily. Shalom”
Prayer points
- Serious drought is no more a problem of the Horn or Sahel region of Africa, it has become a noticeable phenomenon in the United States of America. This has been termed the worst US drought in a generation. The U.S. drought will cause food-price hike that may expand hunger to the world’s poor, threatening social stability and putting pressure on governments. Please pray for the divine mercy of God on His people.
- Pray that the righteousness of God will be established on the earth.
- There is a lot of blood shed across nations of the world. The blood of the innocents is crying and invoking vengeance. Pray for divine intervention.
- Pray psalm 51 at all times. We have all sinned but the grace of our Lord Jesus is available for us if we allow and accept it.
- Constantly confess psalm 23. This is your key to abundant provision. It is more powerful than you think!
- Pray that God will raise worthy intercessors who will stand in the gap and pray without ceasing.
- Ask God to use you to effect a change in the world system, pray that the world will come into alignment with the true purpose and plan of God. His thoughts towards us are of good and not of evil.
- Pray for agape love amongst all people, regardless of race or color.
- Declare open heaven! upon the earth.
- Pray for out pour of rain and blessings that will bring relief to this spent earth.
