BREAKTHROUGH WEDNESDAY: Divine Appointment With God.

Lord, give me a new beginning.

2 Corinthians 5:17 (AMP)

Therefore if anyone is in Christ [that is, grafted in, joined to Him by faith in Him as Savior], he is a new creature [reborn and renewed by the Holy Spirit]; the old things [the previous moral and spiritual condition] have passed away. Behold, new things have come [because spiritual awakening brings a new life].

Everybody has a past, we have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of Hashem Adonai. Though you cannot change the past, you can change your path and have a new beginning in Christ Jesus.
Remember:
Jacob was a trickster but his life path was changed through a divine encounter with God. He surrendered and became Israel the father of all nations.

Rahab the prostitute surrendered to the divine will of God by helping the Israelite spies that Joshua sent to Jericho. Her life was saved and she became the first recorded Gentile convert. She was also inducted into the lineage of Christ by grace.

Saul of Tarsus persecuted followers of Christ for a long season until he had a divine encounter with Jesus on his way to Damascus. He was actually on a mission; to arrest and make charges against Christians. The dynamics of things changed. Saul surrendered, he became Paul the greatest advocate of the gospel of Christ in history.

When Jesus was crucified, He was positioned between two robbers who were also condemned to death. Both men derided Jesus until one saw the light. He became penitent and asked for mercy from the only one who could redeem his life from eternal condemnation. He immediately surrendered to the lordship of the Master. He confessed his unworthiness and began to glorify the son of God.

Who are you and what have you done? Jesus our master is waiting to give you a new beginning! His blood was shed for the atonement of your sins. Indeed, His Blood will wipe out the worst stain of sin. How do you go about it? It is very simple, just confess your sins to Him and ask Him to take rulership of your life. Surrender! Surrender! Surrender! You can do it now. It is between you and Him.

***Wednesday will be a day for celebrating your Redemption, your New beginning! Old things are gone, and you have a new life in Christ Jesus.

*** Share this wonderful event with as many people as possible. Save a soul!
