12 LESSONS OF CHRISTMAS

For unto us a child is born

Once again, it is that wonderful time of the year! It’s Christmas time and the world at large is commemorating the birth of the Messiah who came to earth in the body of a baby to save us all from eternal damnation. The son of the most high God came to restore our divine inheritance stolen by Satan, in the garden of Eden. Adam and Eve lost the crown through disobedience, but Jesus restored the crown and the kingdom through absolute obedience and surrender to the will of His heavenly Father.  I can of Myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own will but the will of the Father who sent Me.” (John 5:30) As we celebrate and felicitate, here are life changing lessons you can learn from the chief celebrant.

1 Jesus’ birth taught us that gold is found in the dirt. In humble beginning lies greatness.

2 Through Christ we have inherited kingship over all things. We reign with Him in heaven and on earth.

3 We have the spirit of wisdom, counsel and understanding through the son of David.

4 We can never lack peace, because we are in covenant with the Prince of Peace.

5 We are eternal beings through Christ Jesus. Our government has no end.

6 Our inheritance can never be depleted. “All things are yours” (1Corinthians 3: 21)

7 Our lives are divinely ordered by Christ, we are assured of fair judgement and justice in any situation.

8 Jesus came as Jehovah’s gift to mankind; we must become gifts to the world and all people through unconditional love and selfless service.

9 Always be that shining light; remember that the star of Bethlehem led the wise men to the baby king.

10 Jesus is the only perfect example to follow.

11 Worship and adore Jesus, every moment of your life. He is your king and redeemer.

12 Jesus is the reason for the season!
